3. Registration & Payment

Registration is confirmed only after successful payment completion.
All registration fees are subject to the Refund Policy.
Fees once paid are non-refundable except where explicitly stated otherwise.
Registration pricing, categories, and participation benefits may be revised for future registrations without prior notice.

4. Event Modifications

Phoenix Aureum Awards reserves the absolute right to:

Modify event dates, venue, schedules, activities, or event format
Postpone, reschedule, or reorganize any segment of the event
Make operational changes necessary for event management, safety, or logistical purposes

Such modifications shall not entitle participants to refunds or compensation.

5. Participant Conduct

All participants are expected to:

Maintain professional, respectful, and dignified behavior
Follow instructions provided by organizers, coordinators, mentors, choreographers, and judges
Avoid misconduct, harassment, abusive behavior, discrimination, or disruption of event activities

Violation of these standards may result in immediate removal or disqualification without refund.

6. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend the event, rehearsals, grooming sessions, or scheduled activities for any reason shall be treated as a no-show.

No refund, transfer, or compensation shall be provided in such cases.

7. Media & Publicity Rights

By participating in Phoenix Aureum Awards, participants grant Profusion Delights (OPC) Private Limited the unrestricted right to:

Record, photograph, film, and document event activities
Use participant names, images, videos, interviews, and appearances for promotional, advertising, branding, publicity, social media, and marketing purposes

Participants acknowledge that no compensation or royalty shall be payable for such usage.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law:

Profusion Delights (OPC) Private Limited, its organizers, affiliates, sponsors, coordinators, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the event.
This includes, but is not limited to, injury, illness, delays, loss of belongings, cancellation, technical issues, or event disruptions.

Participation in the event is entirely at the participant’s own discretion and risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Profusion Delights (OPC) Private Limited, its directors, employees, affiliates, sponsors, partners, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or legal costs arising from:

Breach of these Terms & Conditions
Misconduct, negligence, or violation of applicable laws or rights of third parties

10. Force Majeure

The organizers shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, rescheduling, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Government restrictions or orders
Public health emergencies
Technical failures
Civil disturbances or unforeseen emergencies

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising from participation in Phoenix Aureum Awards, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mutual discussion and good-faith negotiation before initiating legal proceedings.

12. Jurisdiction

If disputes cannot be resolved amicably:

All matters shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Decisions of the competent court or authority shall be final and binding.

13. Intellectual Property

All event-related branding, logos, graphics, media content, website materials, promotional designs, and intellectual property associated with Phoenix Aureum Awards remain the exclusive property of Profusion Delights (OPC) Private Limited.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued participation or use of the website after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Legal Age & Consent

By registering, you confirm that:

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the complete agreement between the participant and Profusion Delights (OPC) Private Limited regarding participation in Phoenix Aureum Awards.

They supersede all prior communications, discussions, or understandings related to the event.
