Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all registrations and payments made for Phoenix Aureum Awards.
1. No Refund Policy
All registration and participation fees paid for Phoenix Aureum Awards are strictly non-refundable once the payment has been successfully completed.
By registering for the event, participants acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
2. Exception – Event Cancellation
Refunds will be issued only in the event that Phoenix Aureum Awards is officially cancelled by the organizers and not rescheduled.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

Failure to attend the event (no-show)

Personal scheduling conflicts or change of plans

Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations

Late arrival or incomplete participation

Inability to participate in certain event segments

Event rescheduling, venue changes, or timing adjustments

Voluntary withdrawal from the event after registration
4. Refund Processing (If Applicable)
In the event of official cancellation by the organizers:

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

Refunds will be credited through the original payment method used during registration

Payment gateway processing timelines may vary depending on the participant’s bank or payment provider
5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Any unauthorized or unjustified chargeback attempts or payment disputes may lead to suspension of participation and appropriate legal action where necessary.

By completing payment, participants agree not to initiate invalid disputes with the payment gateway or financial institution.
6. Organizer Rights
Phoenix Aureum Awards reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate any registration in cases involving violation of event policies, misconduct, fraudulent activity, or inaccurate participant information.
Such cases shall not qualify for refunds.
7. Jurisdiction
Any disputes related to registrations, payments, or refunds shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
