Welcome to Phoenix Aureum Awards.
To ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional experience for every participant, all applicants and participants are required to carefully read and follow the rules and regulations mentioned below.
1. Registration Policy
Registration will be confirmed only after successful payment completion.
Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in disqualification without refund.
Registration fees are subject to the terms mentioned in the Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility
Participants must meet the minimum age requirement specified by the organizers or provide valid consent from a parent/guardian where applicable.
Participants should be physically and mentally fit to participate in grooming sessions, rehearsals, fashion walks, and event activities.
Phoenix Aureum Awards welcomes participants from various inspiring categories including professionals, cancer survivors, differently-abled individuals, and other special achievers.
3. Participation Guidelines
All participants are expected to maintain professionalism, dignity, and respectful conduct throughout the event.
Instructions given by organizers, coordinators, mentors, choreographers, and judges must be followed at all times.
Any form of misconduct, harassment, discrimination, abusive language, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
4. Dress Code & Grooming
Participants must follow the assigned dress code, styling guidelines, and grooming standards for rehearsals and event appearances.
Grooming sessions and presentation standards are an important part of the event experience.
Failure to comply with event presentation requirements may result in restricted participation in specific segments.
5. Event Day Guidelines
Participants must report to the venue on time according to the schedule shared by the organizers.
Late arrivals may not be permitted to participate in scheduled activities or stage appearances.
Participants are responsible for carrying all required outfits, accessories, and personal essentials as instructed.
Proper backstage discipline and coordination must be maintained at all times.
6. Disqualification Policy
Participants may be disqualified without refund if they:
Fail to follow event instructions or guidelines
Engage in disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior
Violate event rules or code of conduct
Provide false or misleading information during registration
7. Media, Photography & Promotions
The event may be photographed and recorded for promotional, marketing, social media, and documentation purposes.
By participating in Phoenix Aureum Awards, participants grant permission for the use of their photographs, videos, and event appearances for promotional activities related to the event.
Any concerns regarding media usage must be communicated to the organizers in advance and are subject to approval.
8. Health & Safety
Participants are responsible for their own personal health, safety, belongings, and well-being during the event.
The organizers, management team, and event partners shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, theft, or unforeseen incident occurring during participation.
9. Event Modifications
Phoenix Aureum Awards reserves the right to modify event schedules, venue arrangements, formats, activities, or rules whenever necessary.
Participants will be informed of major updates or changes wherever reasonably possible.
10. Final Decision Authority
All decisions made by the organizers, mentors, coordinators, and judging panel shall be considered final and binding.
No disputes, objections, or appeals regarding event decisions or results will be entertained.
11. Participant Agreement
By registering for and participating in Phoenix Aureum Awards, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the Rules & Regulations mentioned above.
